All fees exclude GST. Fees for the selling agent, declutter expert (including packers, removalists, cleaners and unpackers), marketing, building and pest inspections and strata reports are the responsibility of the client, as are conveyancing and styling. I coordinate these specialists; they are paid directly by you.

Being interstate buyers, we were overwhelmed with what was involved in buying a home in Sydney.
